To the Google Play Policy Team,
Following Google’s notice that additional URLs must be reported through a new request after an earlier case is closed, HIGOGAME PTE. LTD. respectfully submits the seven current Google Play URLs identified above for a coordinated copyright and impersonation review.
HIGOGAME owns the original visual works created for the Royal Dream mobile game, including its distinctive character illustrations, stylised wordmark, application icons, promotional compositions, lobby artwork and related visual assets. The original official Android application used package com.playfungame.dream and was previously published through HIGOGAME’s Google Play developer account. Google may verify the historical developer-account, package and store-listing records available in its internal systems.
The seven reported listings reproduce or closely adapt distinctive combinations of protected elements. This claim is not based solely on generic game concepts, the words “Royal Dream”, a bunny character theme, coins or a colour scheme. The current comparison report identifies the particular character artwork, stylised wordmark treatment, icon composition and store-listing artwork relied upon for each URL.
We understand that every reported item must be identified by an accurate URL, and we are not asking Google to monitor Google Play on our behalf. However, each suspected replacement listing requires a renewed cycle of monitoring, preservation, comparison and reporting. This creates substantial duplicate work and extends the period during which users may encounter unofficial applications.
One current listing displays the same public legal entity as a former listing under a different package identifier and uses a byte-identical icon. We do not infer any broader undisclosed relationship from this observation. We ask Google to consider the documented continuity and any account or asset records available to it.
HIGOGAME can provide the complete original PSD and PSB files, sketches, intermediate versions, historical publication evidence, corporate materials and chain-of-title documents through a secure channel. Some layered source files are several hundred megabytes; we can grant Google Drive access to an address designated by Google or upload them to another secure location specified by the review team.
We have a good-faith belief that the uses identified above have not been authorised by HIGOGAME PTE. LTD., its agents or the law. We respectfully request review of these seven URLs and appropriate action where infringement or impersonation is confirmed.
