To the Google Play Policy Team,
We respectfully request a coordinated review of the nine Google Play listings identified on this page.
The original Royal Dream app was published by HIGOGAME PTE. LTD. under package identifier com.playfungame.dream. Google Play later terminated the HigoGame developer account and removed the original listing. HIGOGAME has complied with that decision: it has not opened a replacement Google Play developer account or republished the app on Google Play following the termination.
The nine current listings use different developer names and package identifiers. Based on our records, none is operated, licensed or authorised by HIGOGAME. The removal of HIGOGAME’s app did not transfer, license or extinguish the company’s copyright in the original Royal Dream visual works.
Our concern is not based merely on a shared casino-game genre or generic terminology. Across the nine listings, the Royal Dream name appears in titles and package identifiers while icons, character treatments, wordmarks and store graphics reproduce or closely imitate the established Royal Dream visual identity. The evidence above maps the specific claimed elements to retained layered source files while expressly limiting claims about generic casino imagery. It also records byte-identical screenshots used by two listings under different developer identities and an additional visually reused composition across two more listings. Users searching for Royal Dream may reasonably mistake these apps for an authorised continuation, exposing HIGOGAME to confusion, support complaints and reputational harm arising from products it does not control.
Google Play’s Impersonation policy addresses titles, icons, descriptions and in-app elements that may mislead users about an app’s relationship to another app, developer or company. Its Intellectual Property policy prohibits unauthorised use of protected works and confusing use of brand identifiers. The Metadata policy requires store-listing elements to be honest and non-misleading. Where listings reproduce the same assets or experience without original value, the Repetitive Content policy may also be relevant.
We recognise that a listing’s continued availability does not establish what review has occurred or what evidence was previously available to Google. We cannot know whether each page has already received a human review, and we do not allege that Google knowingly approved infringement. Their simultaneous continued availability nevertheless raises a serious concern that warrants a coordinated review and consistent application of Google Play’s published policies.
We ask Google to review these nine listings together, compare their complete store metadata and in-app content with the source evidence, and consider any common assets or account relationships available through Google’s internal records. We also ask that any related copyright and impersonation reports be cross-referenced rather than evaluated as isolated single-asset complaints.
HIGOGAME can provide the complete original PSD and PSB files, embedded component records, historical publication evidence, signed application records, corporate documents and chain-of-title materials through a secure channel. We respectfully request prompt acknowledgement and removal or other appropriate enforcement where violations are confirmed.
Sincerely,
HIGOGAME PTE. LTD.
